I am a professor in the area of Financial Planning at the University of Georgia. I currently serve as the Head for the Department of Financial Planning, Housing and Consumer Economics.

My research focuses on studying the applications of behavioral economic tools in improving financial well-being of households, examining geo-spatial disparities in social determinants of health and well-being, and researching the application of design thinking in developing efficiencies for the practice of financial planning.
